Executive search recruitment consultant and partner

Your duties:

• Acquisition of executive search mandates in your industry
• Personal responsibility for project management and client support
• Management of your in-house research and administrative team
• Close cooperation with the decision-makers working for your client and potential candidates
• Independent development and maintenance of a network of contacts with executives in your industry

Our requirements:

• You are a convincing, individual consultant with several years of experience in a recruitment consultancy
• Your business expertise is complemented by a high level of self-motivation and a strategic, goal-oriented approach
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, a talent for acquiring new clients and a convincing, confident manner
• As a result of your professional project and customer management experience, you are an industry insider with excellent access to decision-makers, and you have established your own client base
