By approaching candidates directly, we are able to form an idea of who they are more quickly and completely based on the impression they make. This direct contact saves time. We firmly believe that the search itself must follow particularly high standards. At the beginning of every search mandate, we therefore carry out detailed discussions with our client to find out about the company and its objectives, market position, priorities and culture, and to figure out the exact requirements. This is followed by the discreet identification of potentially suitable candidates, followed by initial contact and an opening discussion. We then present a only the best people to our client.

Naturally, our research and interviews comply with the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and can be kept confidential on request. We enjoy close and trusting relationships with our clients, and we keep them informed with regular updates about the results of our work.
